various types of membership within the club.

Notes
- Membership can be paid either annually (due from 1st October)
or Quarterly via a Standing Order.
- Full Annual Membership paid up in full before 31st October will
receive a £15 discount.
- Standing Orders should be paid quarterly (for 3 months).
- New Members who join after 1st October will be have the choice
of either paying an annulal lump sum (on a pro-rata basis) or set
up a standing order.
- Potential new members with rowing experience are welcome to
join in the squad activities prior to paying full membership. We
welcome anyone to come and find out about how we train, row,
compete and party before fully committing financially. Therefore,
new members will be permitted up to one months trial period. If
they decide to join the club their membership ‘start
date’ will be calculated from their first session at the
club.
- Temporary Membership for students and those who are fair
weather only rowers is at the Captains or Membership Officers
discretion. Usually a temporary membership would be for a minimum
period of 3 months.
- Refund of Subscription: Club Subscriptions are usually
considered to be non – refundable. However, in special
circumstances requests for a subscription refund can be made to
the Furnivall Management Committee for consideration.
- Existing Members paying by standing Order who have not updated
their fees will deem to be considered as Social Members only.

the reverse side. Cheques can be left in the Treasurers in Tray at
the club.
