The Women's Squad includes members that want to train and race competitively but without giving up their lives to rowing - squad members do as much training as they can, fitting it around other commitments. The squad is coached by Steve Albrecht and Dave Mapplebeck. 

The current squad includes rowers with a wide range of abilities with crews racing at all levels, from Novice to Masters in both sweep and sculling events - we aim to have crews racing at all of the main rowing events including the Fours Head, Womens Eights Head and Henley Women's Regatta. Recent wins have included Hammersmith Amateur, Henley Masters, Peterborough Spring, Putney Town and Twickenham regattas; the squad also had wins at Hammersmith Women and Juniors and the Masters Fours Head.

The regular squad outings are on Saturday and Sunday mornings; during the summer there are evening outings in the week, in the winter there are land training sessions (ergs, circuits, pilates, etc). Training is based on a monthly training plan so that members can do the training at times and places that suit them although many members train together at the Club (it's more fun to train with someone!).

The Squad always welcomes new members of all levels.
