Tideway Head Races

Based in Hammersmith,  only a 10 minute walk from the Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City line stations, Furnivall Sculling Club is ideally situated for crews competing in the Tideway head races. With direct access to the Championship Course, the club offers a convenient and friendly base for race day.

  • Head of the River Race (HORR) 

  • Vesta International Masters Head of the River Race 

Boating fees

Our boating fees of £7.50* per seat include: 

  • Access to our clubroom and riverside balcony – a great spot for coaches and your supporters to enjoy the race too. The club bar will also be open on race day. 

  • Access to the ergo room for warm-up and cool-downs.

  • Use of our changing and shower facilities.

  • Boating assistance – assigned trailer parking, designated boating times and pontoon support (pre and post-race) from our friendly club members.

*We offer a 25% discount on boating fees for university crews.
